Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Place the shoes in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
